KickingRoo Innovations, LLC started after a successful VoIP deployment of 30 soft switches back at the end of 2004 for Australian telecommunications giant Telstra. Curiosity of the Australian national wildlife, specifically the kangaroo, and a great fascination of the beautiful country provided a great backdrop for the formation of our Company.
The kangaroo will compete and defend itself by hitting its opponent with their forepaws and kicking with their feet. We felt that the name KickingRoo was befitting a small company in the highly competitive world of communications. From this we founded KickingRoo Innovations in 2009 after a two year soft switch development program - Skippy.
With the success of that project behind us we have built and continue to build successes from project to project in the areas of advanced voice over IP communications and data networking.
